  • Weekly Lawn Care

    Sharp, even cut on a set day each week — front, back, sides — with crisp edges and walks blown clean before we leave.

    Weekly during the long Gulf-Coast growing season, every other week in winter when the St. Augustine slows down. Mulch-cut by default; bagged on request. Cut height adjusted as we move from spring growth into July heat so the lawn keeps moisture and the runners do not get scalped. Edged at every visit, walks and drives blown clean before we pull off.

  • Edging & Trimming

    Power-edged borders along beds, walks, and drives, plus careful string-trim around fences and Katy backyard pools.

    Clean, deliberate edges that hold the line through the week. Trimmed around iron fences, A/C pads, irrigation heads, and pool decks without dinging anything. Final pass with the blower so St. Augustine clippings end up in the bag, not your patio or pool.

  • Flowerbed Refresh

    Hand-pulled weeds, fresh mulch, and seasonal annuals tuned to a Katy front-bed that has to look right at the curb.

    We hand-pull weeds (no spray near edibles unless you ask), top-dress mulch to a steady 2-3 inches, and rotate seasonal color where it matters most — the front bed your HOA review committee actually walks past.

  • Yard Cleanups

    One-time resets — leaves, sticks, dead growth, and the buildup behind the shed cleared out and hauled.

    Whether the place sat for a season or you just bought it: we cut back overgrowth, blow out beds, edge cleanly, and put a fresh face on the front. Ideal before a listing photo or before a new HOA inspection.

  • Haul-Aways

    Trailer-load of yard debris, an old swing set, busted patio furniture — we load it, take it, done.

    Some Katy HOAs will fine you for a pile that sat at the curb past Tuesday. We bring the trailer, load it ourselves, and the yard is clean by the time you get home from work.

  • Sod Installation

    St. Augustine, Bermuda, or Zoysia — graded, laid tight, rolled in, and a watering schedule that survives a Katy summer.

    Soil prep, light grading, and fresh sod laid in a brick-pattern with tight seams. We roll it in for root contact and leave you a printed watering schedule built for our July heat — not a generic one off a pallet tag. We come back at week two to check.

  • Trimming & Shrubs

    Boxwoods, hollies, crepe myrtles, oleanders — shaped on schedule so the front never reads "neglected."

    Hand-trim and power-trim where each plant calls for it. Crepe myrtles cut the right way, not "crepe-murdered." Hollies kept off the windows. Cleanup included so nothing gets tracked inside.

  • Mulch Top-Up

    Hardwood or dyed black, hand-spread to a clean 2-3 inches with a sharp edge against the lawn.

    Bulk delivery to the driveway, hand-spread around plants and trees, edged against the lawn so the line stays sharp. We pull last year’s clumped mulch first if it needs it.
