- Edges that hold the line — power-edged, not weed-eaten. Sharp against driveways, walks, and bed borders so a drive-by reviewer can’t fault it.
- Front bed weeded by hand — the bed your HOA inspector actually walks past stays clean. We hand-pull instead of spraying glyphosate next to your foundation plants.
- Debris off the curb same day — we don’t leave a yard-bag pile waiting for Tuesday pickup. It goes in the trailer with us and the curb stays clean.
- St. Augustine done right — height raised in July heat, dropped before fall. A stressed lawn brown-outs first; we don’t let it.

- Yes — those master-planned communities are a big part of our weekly route. We know what the deed-restriction reviewers care about (edges, weeds in the front bed, debris at the curb), and we keep the property dialed in so you never get a letter.
- Both. Weekly is what we do best — the lawn stays healthier when the cut height stays consistent — but we also do one-time cuts for vacation properties, pre-listing cleanups, and folks coming back to a yard that got away from them.
- Flat monthly rate works for most weekly customers — invoice on the 1st for the month ahead. Per-visit billing is fine if you prefer it. Cards, Zelle, or check, your call.
- Yes — general liability on every crew member. Happy to send the certificate to your HOA management office or property manager.
- Houston-area weather being what it is, we push to the next dry day, usually within 24-48 hours. You will hear from us if it slips beyond that.
- Yes, but we will be honest with you about the watering required to get St. Augustine to take root in July or August. October-March is easier; May-September is fine if your sprinkler system is in good shape.
